Note on Automotive Trademarks
Over the past few years, EuroGraphics has signed licensing agreements with
most American car manufacturers, including Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Chrysler,
Plymouth, Dodge, RAM, Jeep, Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, Buick, Oldsmobile and
Pontiac; as well as Volkswagen from Germany, Automobili Lamborghini from Italy
and Rover, Austin, MG, Austin-Healey, Wolseley and Morris from the UK.
Regrettably, most of our competitors are publishing puzzles with car trademarks
without legal release. Our licensors are moving forward with steps to have these
puzzles removed from the market by sending cease and desist letters to
manufacturers as well as distributors and retailers carrying products which
infringe upon copyright and trademark laws.
In the meantime, at Eurographics, we ask our distributors to pay special attention to
this matter and support, in all fairness, the legitimacy of our products.
